South Carolina attorneys Luke Burke and Jack McDonald become partners at Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey

Attorneys Luke Burke and Jack McDonald recently became partners of Greenville’s award-winning law firm, Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey.
Burke, Greenville Business Magazine’s Legal Elite of the Upstate Top Vote award recipient, has practiced at Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey for seven years. Honors graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and member of the South Carolina Bar, Burke’s main area of practice is Civil Litigation, with a focus on Business Litigation, Eminent Domain/Right-of-Way Acquisition, and Family Law. A Chicago native, Mr. Burke relocated to Greenville in 2006 after observing the exciting revitalization occurring in the Upstate.
Jack McDonald, Greenville native and member of the South Carolina Bar and the Greenville Bar Association, has been with the firm for ten years, with his practice primarily being focused on real estate law. McDonald, University of South Carolina School of Law alum and Greenville Business Magazine’s Legal Elite of the Upstate awardee for multiple years, represents buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, he serves creditors in foreclosures and handles probate and estate matters. McDonald is also a licensed title agent for the Investors Title Insurance Company.
