South Carolina Bar Announces Greenville/Spartanburg Area Section Council Members

COLUMBIA, SC – June 7, 2012 – The S.C. Bar has named its 2012-13 section council members. The following attorneys from the Greenville/Spartanburg area have been appointed:

  • Kevin Kenison is vice chair, Joshua D. Spencer is secretary and Calvin “Ted” Vick Jr. is section delegate of the Construction Law Section;
  • David C. Alford is chair-elect of the Consumer Law Section;
  • John Jennings is chair-elect and Brian T. Price is immediate past chair of the Corporate,
  • Banking and Securities Law Section. Bo Russell is a council member;
  • James W. Bannister is chair and Barry Barnette is secretary of the Criminal Law
  • Thomas L. Stephenson and H. Mills Gallivan are council members of the Dispute Resolution Section;
  • Richard A. “Al” Phinney is vice chair and David Rothstein is immediatepast chair of the Employment and Labor Law Section. Stephanie E. Lewis is newsletter coordinator and Julia M. Ebert is chair of the section’s EEO committee;
  • Kelly Lowry is chair and Michael Bogle is immediate past chair and section delegate of the Environment and Natural Resources Section;
  • David M. Collins Jr., Katherine H. Tiffany and Ben Stevens are council members of the Family Law Section;
  • Kimberly N. Wunder is a council member of the Government Law Section.
  • Judy P. Hamer is a council member of the Health Care Law Section;
  • Charles “Chuck” Verdin IV is a council member of the Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Section;
  • Charles LeGrand is chair and Scott E. Lawrence is chair-elect of the Real Estate Practices Section;
  • David S. Wyatt is a council member of the Solo and Small Firm Section;
  • Ropbert E. August is chair and Thomas G. Sinclair is vice chair of the Tax Law Section. E. Marie Monroe and W. Verne McGough Jr. are council members;
  • F. Matlock Elliot is chair-elect and Jason Imhoff is vice chair of the Torts and Insurance Practices Section. Ryan L. Beasley is a council member;
  • Kirsten Small is chair-elect, Thomas Vanderbloemen is vice chair and D. Bradwell Rustin is secretary of the Trial and Appellate Advocacy Section; and
