South Carolina Federal Credit Union adjusting operational services

In the interest of employee and member health, South Carolina Federal Credit Union will limit member service to its drive-thru lanes beginning Thursday, March 19.
Effective March 19, financial center lobbies will be closed. We will serve members through our drive-thru lanes, which will offer expanded services and will remain open during regular business hours. Drive-thru lanes are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays.
Members who have a complex transaction or need that cannot be met using our drive-thru can make an appointment to visit a financial center by calling 800-845-0432 or through our online scheduling tool. Starting March 19, only members with pre-scheduled appointments will be permitted to enter financial center lobbies.
We encourage all of our members to access their accounts through Online Banking, Mobile Banking or Phone Banking. Our contact center is open 7 a.m. through 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Members can reach the contact center by calling 800-845-0432.
