Southern Living Showcase Home Coming to Myrtle Beach

Preparations Made for Southern Living Showcase Home.  Classic Announces Marketing Strategies, Inc. as Agency of Record
MYRTLE BEACH, SC – July 24, 2012 – Marketing Strategies, Inc. has been chosen as the Agency of Record for the 2012 Southern Living Showcase Home. The home, built by Classic, is located within the Seville community of the Grande Dunes and is slated for completion in early August.  Home tours will begin August 31 and run through September 23. A holiday tour has been scheduled for November 2-18.
“We are pleased to work with Marketing Strategies, Inc.,” said Susan White of Classic.  “We know their work and their capabilities. They will be handling everything from marketing and PR to sponsorships and events.”

Classic, a member of the Southern Living Custom Building program for five years running was among 100 builders chosen for the 19th annual builder program, a network of custom homebuilders throughout the South.  
The announcement of their selection as featured builder of Myrtle Beach’s 2012 Showcase Home was made early this Spring and was no surprise to the home owners, suppliers, and fellow builders who have worked with them in the past.
Classic, comprised of the well-known mother/son team of Susan and Berkley White, have built more than 800 homes in the Carolinas and have more than 50 years of combined experience in home building.  The Southern Living Showcase Home represents their 149th custom home in the Grande Dunes community.
