Sowell Gray Stepp & Laffitte celebrates 20 years practicing law in Columbia, SC with a yearlong commitment to service projects that give back to the community. With its theme for the year “20 Years Strong,” each of the firm’s 21 attorneys will participate in a service project that aligns with their personal causes and interests.

“At Sowell Gray we have a passion for service to our clients and the community,” said Biff Sowell, member. “We appreciate the support we’ve received from our community over the past 20 years and we’re excited to give back in a big way this year.”

The service projects range in diversity from clearing trails for Friends of the Congaree to donating home grown vegetables for Harvest Hope Food Bank and volunteering legal services for veterans. Attorneys from the firm will post regular updates throughout the year, sharing details from their service projects.

“Our firm is community oriented,” said Becky Laffitte, member. “Everyone here looks for ways to make a positive difference.
