Spartanburg Water announces a promotion in Collection and Distribution

Spartanburg Water is pleased to announce the promotion of Angie Price to the position of Construction Asset Department Manager for the Collection and Distribution Department of the organization. In her new role, Angie will oversee the Asset Management Programs associated with the construction and/or rehabilitation of current and future infrastructure of the collection and distribution systems, the operations of the Spartanburg Water central laboratory and satellite laboratories, and collection and distribution remote facilities ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, standards and regulations.

Angie has been employed at Spartanburg Water since March 2013, when she was hired as the Regulatory Programs Specialist.  In January 2015, Angie was promoted to the position of Utilities Asset Engineer where she served as the principal engineer and assisted in the managing of the Asset Management Programs associated with the collection and distribution systems.

Angie is a South Carolina Registered Professional Engineer. She holds a B.S. in Engineering from Mercer University, Macon, Georgia and a Master of Engineering (Civil and Environmental) from the University of South Carolina.
