Spartanburg Water main lobby reopening to the public

Administrative building will re-open lobby to customers beginning March 14
Spartanburg Water is pleased to announce our Customer Service Representatives will once again be available to provide in-person support to customers at our Administrative building, located at 200 Commerce Street. The main lobby will reopen to the public on Monday, March 14, and operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The two, drive through lanes in the back of our building, however, will remain open till 5:30 p.m.
As a reminder, customers can also always take advantage of payment by phone through our automated service at (844) 223-3041, and online at www.spartanburgwater.org
On weekdays, Customer Service can be reached during normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at (864) 582-6375, with our emergency call system available after hours.
We appreciate our customers’ flexibility and patience as we have continued to navigate this past year’s unique circumstances. We look forward to re-opening our doors and continuing to provide exceptional service for our customers and the Spartanburg community.
