New AC Hotel Greenville, SC appoints general manager and director of sales

The AC Hotel Greenville, opening in early 2021 and owned and operated by Auro Hotels, has appointed John Deck as general manager and Else Miller as director of sales.
Deck brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as general manager with more than 25 years of leadership including his most recent role as corporate food and beverage director at Auro Hotels as well as previous general manager roles at Marriott Greenville and Hyatt Regency Suites in Atlanta. “I am ecstatic to manage this beautiful and unique hotel in the heart of downtown Greenville,” said Deck. “My greatest joy will be welcoming guests who are traveling again and ensuring their stay is the monumental pleasure they deserve.”
Miller is an established industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience in Greenville where she has led sales efforts at SpringHill Suites, Residence Inn, Hyatt Regency and Hilton hotels. “I look forward to unveiling the beautiful AC Hotel in the heart of downtown Greenville and showcasing the unique experiences guests will enjoy,” said Miller. “The hotel’s innovative, flexible meeting and event space, along with its imaginative catering and individual dining outlets, will be a game-changer for downtown Greenville.”
