Spoleto Festival USA announces full roster of bands for the Wells Fargo Festival Finale at Middleton Place on Sunday, June 11

May 8, 2017

Charleston-area acts Becca Leigh, She Returns From War, and Brave Baby will perform on the main stage at Spoleto Festival USA’s popular Wells Fargo Festival Finale on Sunday, June 11, at Middleton Place. These three acts precede a performance by The Revivalists at 8:30pm. The night will end with the Festival’s traditional fireworks display.

The schedule for the main stage is:

  • 4:00pm – 5:00pm: Becca Leigh | Becca Leigh is a singer and songwriter based in Charleston. Her songs emerge from a folk tradition, focusing on melody, imagery, and emotion. Her debut EP, Doxologies, was self-released in 2015.
  • 5:15pm – 6:15pm: She Returns From War | Charleston’s own Hunter Park, also known as the “Swamp Witch,” is She Returns From War. Hunter’s sound has evolved over the past few years from Lowcountry folk to a sultry and cosmic Americana blend.
  • 6:30pm – 7:45pm: Brave Baby | Keon Masters, Wolfgang Zimmerman, Christian Chidester, Jordan Hicks, and Steven Walker together form Brave Baby—a Charleston-based indie-rock group that released their sophomore album, Electric Friends, in 2015.
  • 8:30pm – 10:00pm: The Revivalists | This New Orleans-based group blends soulful, syncopated rock with earnest songwriting to present high-energy live performances.

Gates and the Middleton Place Beer Garden will open at 3:30pm. Tickets may be purchased online at spoletousa.org, over the phone at 843.579.3100, or in person at the Charleston Gaillard Center (95 Calhoun Street).
