Local artist Liz Dwyer hosts a guided Halloween watercolor night upstairs at Fountain Inn’s popular community gathering hub.
Looking for a relaxed, creative night out to welcome the Halloween season? The Mill at Fountain Inn is setting the scene for an evening of brushes, brews, and glowing full moons with a special Spooky Paint & Pour Evening on Thursday, October 22.
Hosted upstairs in The Brewery space from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the event invites friends, couples, and solo creators to unwind with local food and drinks while painting a seasonal Halloween keepsake.

No Experience Needed: A Guided Halloween Canvas
Designed for everyone from total beginners to experienced hobbyists, the session focuses on fun and relaxation rather than artistic perfection.
Under Dwyer’s step-by-step guidance, painters will bring to life a classic Halloween night scene featuring a silhouetted witch flying across a luminous harvest moon, framed by twilight skies and silhouetted treelines. Each participant receives a pre-sketched canvas and watercolor materials, making it easy to jump straight into mixing colors and adding personal touches without the pressure of drawing from scratch.
Paired with The Mill’s casual dining, craft beverages, and lively atmosphere, the event offers an easy midweek date night or girls’ night out right in the heart of downtown Fountain Inn.
