Stacey Bevill named affiliate of the Institute for Zen Leadership (IZL)
July 9, 2026Golden Career Strategies (GCS), a boutique consulting firm that fuses Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies with deep HR and coaching expertise, announced that President Stacey Bevill has been named an affiliate of the Institute for Zen Leadership (IZL).
The designation formally recognizes Bevill’s ongoing role within the global IZL community, where she currently serves as a mentor coach supporting IZL’s network of certified practitioners. The affiliate designation builds on Bevill’s standing as one of a few, select FEBI® Certified Coaches and Zen Leadership Practitioners in South Carolina.
Bringing Zen Leadership’s “Flips” to Life for Clients
A flip is a somatic and/or cognitive reframe that changes the way people handle a situation and lead others. As an IZL affiliate, she brings the organization’s signature reframing flips and the FEBI energy-pattern assessment directly into her coaching, workshops and consulting work with leaders, teams and organizations.
IZL’s Zen Leader programs are built around a series of mental and behavioral flips that move leaders from reactive, fear-driven patterns into clarity, resilience and purposeful action. Paired with the FEBI assessment, a mind-body instrument that maps four energy patterns to four leadership styles, the flips give leaders a concrete, repeatable way to show up at their best under pressure.
“So pleased to have Stacey bringing the reframing flips of Zen Leadership and the energy patterns of FEBI to life for her clients, and we’re happy to welcome her as an affiliate of IZL,” said Dr. Ginny Whitelaw, founder and CEO of the Institute for Zen Leadership. “We have been fortunate beneficiaries of her extensive coaching experience, big heart and business knowledge as she supports our IZL community as a mentor coach, and she can certainly help your leaders, teams and organizations, too.”
“The 10 IZL flips change the way people lead the moment they learn them. I’ve watched it happen personally and with my clients,” said Bevill. “Zen Leadership gives leaders a fast, practical way to reframe the moments that used to trip them up, and paired with FEBI, they can see exactly which energy pattern is driving their behavior and choose a better one on purpose. Becoming an IZL affiliate lets me bring these tools to even more leaders, teams and organizations who are ready to lead with greater clarity, resilience and impact.”
