Stacey Mosay joins Lowcountry Women’s Specialists as Practice Administrator

Lowcountry Women’s Specialists announced the addition of Stacey Mosay, RHIA, CCS-P, COC, CMOM as its new Practice Administrator.

Mosay has three decades of experience in healthcare, having served in both mid and upper-management roles in inpatient hospital, ambulatory surgery, payment accuracy solution companies, and physician medical practices. Most recently she was a healthcare consultant at WebsterRogers consulting firm offering compliance solutions, education, medical coding audits, and operations advice. She serves as a speaker at local and regional professional management associations and is an adjunct faculty member at Trident Technical College.

“Stacey offers a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and leadership,” says Dr. Christopher Accetta, senior partner of the practice. “We’re very fortunate to have her manage our practice as we enter our 30th year of serving the Lowcountry.”

Mosay is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Health Information Management. She is a published author on the subjects of medical coding and reimbursement with McGraw-Hill Publishing, Cengage Learning, and F.A. Davis. In her spare time she is involved in community outreach, combating homelessness in Summerville, and is writing a children’s book.
