Stalvey Named Partner at Bannister & Wyatt

GREENVILLE, SC – April 10, 2010 – Bannister & Wyatt is proud to announce that Alex Stalvey has been named partner with the Greenville firm. As partner, Stalvey will assume management responsibilities and help advance the firm’s strategic vision in addition to maintaining his full time law practice. Stalvey’s practice is primarily focused on criminal defense, divorce litigation and personal injury.
Stalvey served as an Assistant Solicitor in Spartanburg and Greenville Counties prior to joining Bannister and Wyatt. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2004.
In February 2009, Stalvey was appointed by the South Carolina Supreme Court to the Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. In 2011, Stalvey was elected to serve as a representative for the 13th Judicial Circuit on the Board of Governors of the S.C. Association for Justice.
