Stantec’s Charleston office welcomes two new staff for the Transportation Group

Allen Boyd and Patrick Kelley
Patrick Kelley and Allen Boyd and have joined Stantec’s Charleston, South Carolina office as roadway designers.
Patrick Kelley is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of science in civil engineering. He is experienced in the design of highway/roadways, signage and markings, drainage and stormwater systems. Kelley most recently served as a field engineer for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and as a civil engineering officer for the South Carolina Air National Guard.
Allen Boyd brings 18 years of experience in a variety of management roles for the United States Air Force. His commitment to excellence is seen through his many awards and commendations. He earned the Air Transportation Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year award at Charleston Air Force Base, Air Terminal Operations Professional of the Year for the Air Mobility Command, and received four Air Force Achievement Medals and one Navy Achievement Medal. He is currently pursuing a bachelor of science in civil and environmental engineering from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina.
