Star-Studded lineup unveiled for Hootie & the Blowfish Monday After the Masters; volunteer opportunities available

Another star-studded field is set to join Hootie & the Blowfish for their annual Monday After the Masters Celebrity Pro-Am on April 14 at Barefoot Resort & Golf’s Dye Course.
Among the big names slated to join Mark Bryan, Dean Felber, Jim “Soni” Sonefeld and Darius Rucker are LaNorris Sellers, the University of South Carolina’s star quarterback, Pro Football Hall of Famer Sterling Sharpe, and three-time national championship winning coach Urban Meyer.
Leading the field of PGA and LPGA professionals competing in the 2025 Monday After the Masters are Solheim Cup captain Angela Stanford, Charlie Rymer, Chris DiMarco, Kristy McPherson, and Boo Weekley.

Tickets for the event are sold out, but tournament organizers are still in search of volunteers to assist with South Carolina’s largest one-day charity event. People interested in volunteering as a course marshal or tournament greeter can email Casey Hubbell at [email protected].
All ticket proceeds benefit the Hootie & the Blowfish Foundation, which supports the educational needs of children in South Carolina and the South Carolina Junior Golf Foundation through a fully funded endowment. One of golf’s longest running and most successful charity events, the MAM has raised nearly $10 million since its inception in 1994.
Throughout its history, Monday After the Masters has welcomed some of the biggest names in golf, entertainment, and sports. Past participants include PGA Tour legends Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, Jim Furyk, Tom Watson, John Daly, and Arnold Palmer, as well as LPGA greats Annika Sorenstam, Nancy Lopez, and Conway’s own Kristy McPherson.
Beyond golf, stars like Bill Murray, Samuel L. Jackson, John Elway, Johnny Damon, Dan Marino, Joey Fatone, and Josh Kelley have joined the fun, making this one of the most star-studded charity events in the game.
