Nexsen Pruet recognizes the many reimbursement challenges facing health care providers, including responding to government and private payor audits and complying with the ever-changing reimbursement landscapes to remain compliant. It is for that reason Nexsen Pruet is pleased to announce health care attorney Stephen Bittinger has joined Nexsen Pruet’s Charleston office.

“Our firm recognizes the needs of our health care clients and knows challenges to reimbursement are a major problem for health care providers.” said Matthew Roberts, Health Care Practice Group Chair. “This is why the firm has asked Stephen Bittinger to join its Charleston office. Stephen has developed a national reputation for excellence in the complex arena of health care reimbursement. He will be an asset to our firm and clients.”
