Stevens & Wilkinson welcomes two new employees to the firm’s South Carolina engineering department

Stevens & Wilkinson, a full-service architecture, engineering, and interior design firm with offices in Atlanta and Columbia, S.C., announces the addition of Cameron Wilkes, E.I.T., mechanical designer, and Jordan Slomzenski, electrical designer, to the firm’s Engineering Department. Both work in the firm’s South Carolina office, located in heart of downtown Columbia, S.C.’s Main Street District.

As a Mechanical Designer, Wilkes is responsible for conducting field observations; reviewing contract document submittals; and designing and drafting plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. In addition to passing the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers Exam, Wilkes is working towards becoming a licensed P.E. by November 2020. Wilkes will become eligible to apply for his license after four years of work experience supervised by licensed professional engineers. Wilkes earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Slomzenski brings more than a decade of experience in Electrical Engineering. With a strong background in both Revit and AutoCAD, Slomzenski is responsible for managing the Electrical Engineering Department’s Revit Family Library. Earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina’s College of Engineering and Computing, Slomzenski is also a graduate of the University’s prestigious Honors College.
