STORY hires Kaitlyn Ford as Executive Assistant

Greenville-based digital marketing agency, STORY, has hired Kaitlyn Ford as its new executive assistant.
A 2016 graduate of Stevenson University in Maryland, Ford earned her bachelor’s degree in business communications. She then went to work for Black Ankle Vineyards from January 2016 until November 2019. While there, she was responsible for planning, organizing and executing all winery events as well as executing wine club oriented events. Ford managed 20% of the company’s 3,200 wine club accounts and analyzed vendor options and materials in order to minimize waste and maximize profit for all aspects of the tasting room. She also served as Black Ankle Vineyards’ Social Media Director, and was responsible for creating and managing the company’s presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In addition to leading the social media presence, Ford directed marketing e-mails and website content.
After leaving Black Ankle Vineyards, Ford moved to Greenville where she worked for the marketing company, Design The Experience, from January 2020 until September 2020. With Design The Experience, she was responsible for project management of the client portfolio, which included overall strategy and implementation of project plans and timelines, client reporting and relationship management, expense management along with providing ongoing statistics and analytics. She also was responsible for content creation and design and customer experience design strategies.
