Stretch into Summer: Pilates Series Launches at The Lumberyard
May 27, 2025The Lumberyard is trading sawdust for sweat this summer with a brand-new Pilates series designed to help you move, stretch, and reconnect—physically and mentally. Set in the inviting upstairs studio of the historic venue at 115 Gary Street, the six-week series kicks off June 17 and runs through July 31, welcoming participants of all fitness levels.
Led by certified instructor Amy Westberg of Unearth Wellness, the classes offer a refreshing approach to wellness that emphasizes breath, strength, and community. Held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:10 p.m. to 7:10 p.m., the sessions are built to energize both beginners and seasoned Pilates fans alike. (Note: No classes the week of July 1.)
“This is about more than just fitness,” Westberg said. “It’s about creating space to reset, reconnect with your body, and share that energy in a welcoming, fun environment.”
