Stuff the Bus Campaign Nets $6,600 in School Supplies
August 17, 2015MONCKS CORNER, SC – On behalf of Berkeley County School District, we want to thank the students, parents, community and business partners who supported the Stuff the Bus campaign this year. We know it was challenging to squeeze this into your schedule amidst all of your summer plans and back to school preparations, but our efforts have paid off.
Together we “stuffed the bus” with more than 4,237 items valued at more than $6,604 for student achievement in the classroom. The community’s collaborative stake in public education has ensured that the 32,288 students who attend our 42 District schools will have the tools they need to produce amazing work.
