Summer Movie Series Brings Friday Night Fun to Riverfront Park

COLUMBIA, SC – June 6- July 25, 2014 – The Summer Movies Series returns to Riverfront Park, located at 312 Laurel St., this summer on Friday, June 6, 2014.

The movies will be every Friday at 8:30 p.m. and the schedule is as follows:

·         June 6- Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

·         June 13- Madagascar 3

·         June 20- Turbo

·         June 27- Mr. Peabody & Sherman

·         July 4- Rio 2

·         July 11- Rise of the Guardians

·         July 18- Chicken Run

·         July 25- Monster vs. Aliens

At 7 p.m., before the film starts rolling, there will be face painting, games, surprises and fun for the whole family.

Attendees are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs and coolers. All movies are free and open to the public.
