Jonathan Lopez has extensive experience in fine dining, working with Michelin star chefs in Chicago and New York City before setting down in Columbia, SC where he managed at Hall’s Chophouse. He has earned the prestigious Advanced Sommelier title and is looking to build on the excellent reputation of the food and wine program at HSV.
Hampton Street Vineyard is a premier fine dining restaurant and bistro located at 1207 Hampton Street in the heart of downtown Columbia. Hampton Street Vineyard was started by Leigh Talmadge and partners in 1995 and is known for their extensive wine selection and fine dining experience. The restaurant has consistently received the Wine Spectator Magazine’s “Best Award of Excellence” since 1997.
