SYNNAP Technology Group appoints Chris Cykoski as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member

SYNNAP Technology Group, Inc., a developer of sovereign AI infrastructure platforms, today announced the appointment of Chris Cykoski as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.
With over 30 years of finance leadership experience—spanning strategic finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital allocation, pricing, cash flow management, and business transformation—Cykoski will lead SYNNAP’s financial strategy, capital formation, governance, investor readiness, and project economics during a period of rapid industry growth.
SYNNAP Technology Group is building a next-generation sovereign AI infrastructure platform focused on aligning key project pillars from inception: reliable power, sound capital structures, clear customer pathways, responsible governance, and community partnerships.

In his dual role as CFO and Board Member, Cykoski will work closely with SYNNAP’s founder, board members, development partners, utilities, and community stakeholders to establish the financial foundation required for long-term growth and sustainable data-center development.
Since 2022, Chris has led Cykoski Ventures in Georgetown, providing fractional CFO consulting services that help small and mid-sized businesses strengthen financial structure, sharpen business insight, and improve performance. He is a current member and former executive board member of the Georgetown Business Association and former executive board member of Helping Hands of Georgetown County. Chris and his wife Susan will continue reside in Georgetown.
