TD Bank Names Robert G. Hoak Regional President for South Carolina and Wilmington, North Carolina

TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, names Robert G. Hoak Regional President for the bank’s South Carolina and Wilmington, North Carolina regions.

Based in Greenville, Hoak will be responsible for overseeing commercial and retail banking as well as coordinating TD Bank’s related business lines, including mortgage lending, real estate finance, insurance, wealth management, private banking, brokerage and related business and consumer services, across South Carolina, as well as the Wilmington, North Carolina area. He will be reporting jointly to Fred Graziano, Head of Retail Banking, TD Bank, and Lynn Harton, Head of Commercial Banking, South, TD Bank.

Prior to joining TD Bank, Hoak managed the business banking division for Wells Fargo for Pennsylvania and Delaware. He began his banking career with Citizens and Southern National Bank in Charleston, South Carolina. He moved onto to Wachovia Bank in North Carolina where he worked in various positions from commercial banking to regional president in various southern states for more than 27 years.

Hoak is currently relocating to the Greenville area with his wife Allyn. He earned his B.S. in business administration from The Citadel and his M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
