TD Bank Regional President Rob Hoak To Lead Expanded Territory in Carolinas

Hoak’s New Territory Includes All of North Carolina
GREENVILLE, SC – February 2, 2012 – Rob Hoak, Regional President, TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has been promoted and now oversees all of North Carolina.
Previously, Hoak served as the Regional President for South Carolinaand coastal North Carolina. In his expanded role, Hoak will help leadthe bank’s retail, consumer, commercial lending and government bankingoperations to continued success. Charles Frederick, Market President,North Carolina, David Lominack, Market President, upstate and DixonWoodward, Market President, Coastal South Carolina will continue to leadat the local market level and report to Hoak.

Hoak has more than 30 years of progressive banking experience. Priorto joining TD Bank in 2010, he was the Pennsylvania/Delaware BusinessBanking & Small Business Banking Executive for Wells Fargo Bank,formerly known as Wachovia Bank, and served as Community Banking SegmentCEO for Wachovia.
A graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, Rob holds a Bachelor ofScience in business administration as well as a Master of BusinessAdministration from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Hecurrently serves on boards for the Governor’s School of the Arts, SCArts Commission, The Peace Center and The United Way.
