TD donates $200,000 to the Red Cross to support Hurricane Matthew relief efforts

TD Bank Group has donated $200,000 to the Red Cross to support relief efforts in the Caribbean, with an initial focus on Haiti, followed by the Carolinas, Florida and Georgia. A TD Charitable Foundation donation in the amount of $100,000 comprises half of the grant. The TD Charitable Foundation is the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, N.A. America’s Most Convenient Bank.
“The devastation from the storm will be tremendous, so we want to provide support to the Red Cross in its efforts to help those impacted,” says Michael Rayder, Donation and Foundation Manager, TD Charitable Foundation. “Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this catastrophic hurricane.”
