Ten Central Carolina Technical College employees honored with State Service Awards

Ten Central Carolina Technical College employees were honored with State Service Awards during the Area Commission meeting held Thursday, January 21. Each employee received a special certificate and was acknowledged by Area Commission Chairman J. Mac Summers and CCTC President Dr. Tim Hardee.

Those honored include:

10 Years of Service

Patricia Buddin, Accounts Payable-Accounting Technician; Lisa Coker, Health Sciences-Vocational Instructor; Ann Johnson, Mathematics-Faculty; Jennifer Perry, Sociology-Faculty; Rebecca Smalls, Administration & Planning-Administrative Assistant; Jennifer Szupka, Distance Education Program Coordinator; and Max Weber, Science-Faculty.

20 Years of Service

Deborah McCauley, Statistical & Research Analyst; and Raymond Watkins, English, Religion, Spanish and Speech-Faculty.

30 Years of Service

Farrell Jones, Systems Manager.

An 11-member Area Commission, comprised of appointed officials from within CCTC’s four-county service area governs the College, in accordance with the Charter of the South Carolina Technical College System.
