Tennis courts at Holmes Park and Cleveland Park to close temporarily

As part of the Neighborhood Parks Program, the City will be repairing, resurfacing and restriping a number of basketball courts and tennis courts within the park system this fall. The affected basketball courts are located at Croftstone Park, Newton Park, the Juanita Butler Community Center, Pinckney-Fludd Park, Railroad Mini Park, Rockwood Park and Skyland Park. The affected tennis courts are located at Cleveland Park, Holmes Park and Timmons Park.
Work is scheduled to begin on the tennis courts at Holmes Park on Wednesday and the courts will be closed September 19 – 26. Additionally, the tennis courts at Cleveland Park will be closed September 24 – 30.
