Terminix and EdVenture present Terminix Day on June 9th

Terminix Service, Inc. announced Terminix Day in conjunction with EdVenture on Friday, June 9. Taking place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at EdVenture, Terminix Day will feature half-price admission to the museum, an array of pest-themed activities and a release of approximately 400 butterflies at 12 p.m.

Terminix Day activities include:

  • 12: 00 p.m. – A mass butterfly release of an indigenous species from the entrance of Edventure. 400 butterflies will be released and will call on museum guests to assist.
  • 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. – A Pop Up Pestaurant featuring a cooking lab, an edible bug buffet and a Create a Critter station for museum goers.
  • 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. – A Pest Passport, provided by Terminix with opportunities throughout the museum for guests to visit six different “stations” and receive a special prize.
