Terra celebrates patio season with pasta on the patio

Terra, which specializes in Chef Mike Davis’s seasonal preparation of Southern dishes using local products whenever possible, has created Pasta on the Patio. To celebrate patio-weather temperatures, Pasta on the Patio will feature a new pasta dish paired with a featured glass of wine for $20 each Thursday (the pasta and a bottle of the week’s featured wine is $40).

Examples of Pasta on the Patio offerings:

  • Classic spaghetti Carbonara paired with AIX Rose.
  • Garganelli with asparagus, fava beans, spring onions, mint, cream and pecorino paired with Valenti Enrico IV Etna Bianco.
  • Marsala-braised pork cheek with ricotta plin paired with Agostino Pavia & Figli Grignolino d’Asti.
  • Pasta on the Patio is available each Thursday and the pasta and wine pairings change weekly.

“Our patio is a great option for enjoying warmer temperatures and a great meal in Columbia,” said Chef Mike Davis. “Our fresh pasta is always handmade, and these spring time dishes pair well with some lighter wines that we’ve chosen.”
