July 29, 2019

The Advanced Institute for Development and Learning (AID-L) is hosting a ‘Chip-In For Charity’ fundraiser on August 25, 2019 at Topgolf, a new premier golf entertainment venue in Greenville, to raise money for programs and services that support families caring for children with special needs. ‘Chip-In for Charity’ starts at 1pm, and the cost for three hours of golf, food and beverages is $125 per person. Teams of six will compete for various 1st and 2nd place prizes like a free 3-month golf membership to Topgolf and all players have a chance to complete in a hole-in-one competition for a chance to take home $10,000.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.aid-l.org/golf, and several sponsorship packages are still available. All skill levels are welcomed, and golf equipment is provided. Topgolf is located at 201 Clifton Court, Greenville, SC 29615, and ‘Chip-In For Charity’ will be held on Sunday, August 25 from 1pm-4pm.

“Chip-In For Charity is a perfect opportunity to try out Topgolf with friends and family and enjoy a fun afternoon of sports entertainment while supporting AID-L families,” said Zachary Henning, AID-L executive director. “Our families directly benefit from proceeds raised at special events like this, and we are excited about hosting something in one of Greenville’s hottest new sports entertainment venues.”

Proceeds from ‘Chip-In For Charity’ will help AID-L, a 501(c)(3) non-profit operating an outpatient clinic since 2014 serving children in the areas of speech, language and feeding therapy, offer new educational opportunities, family support programs, sensory-friendly community events and help further their mission to support kids with special needs and their familes in the Upstate.
