The Animal Mission Names New Executive Board of Directors

COLUMBIA, SC – May 21, 2013 – The Animal Mission, the non-profit that promotes pet adoptions, enhances conditions for shelter pets, and positively impacts the shelter population through distribution of free spay and neuter vouchers in the Midlands, has named a new executive board. Will Brennan (president), Will Warren (vice president), Kay Hampton Fogle (treasurer) and Dr. Nori Warren (secretary) will lead the Animal Mission Board of Directors.

Will Brennan, president, is vice president of Brennan Group and sales associate for Great Southern Corporation. Brennan has served on The Animal Mission board for eight years.

Will Warren, vice president, is neuroscience account manager for Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. Warren has served on The Animal Mission board for two years.

Kay Hampton Fogle, treasurer, is the marketing and special projects coordinator and property manager for Capitol Places. She is also a real estate sales associate for FDR and Associates. Fogle has served on The Animal Mission board for seven years.

Nori Warren, DVM, is a veterinarian and part owner of Four Paws Animal Clinic. Dr. Warren has served on The Animal Mission board for four years.

“Under the leadership of our previous executive board members Jim Sonefeld, Julie Ruff and Bill Brumbach, The Animal Mission has now raised and spent over one million dollars on animal welfare initiatives and provided over 19,000 vouchers for free spay and neuter surgeries,” said Brennan. “We plan to continue to expand our free spay/neuter voucher program, provide for the City of Columbia Animal Shelter in any way that we can and create lasting partnerships through the business community to grow the impact of our mission.”

The Animal Mission’s new executive board joins other board members, including: Jim Sonefeld, Julie Ruff, Bill Ellen, Harriett Green, Nola Armstrong, Frannie Heizer, Fran Johnson, Jon Sears, Ashley Hayes and Emile DeFelice.
