The Article 6 Marital Trust created under the Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust Purchases Shares of Nordex Explosives Ltd.

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – The Article 6 Marital Trust created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust dated 4-2-07 (the “Trust“) announced today that it has purchased 40,000 common shares of Nordex Explosives Ltd. (“Nordex“) (TSX Venture: NXX) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of Cdn$0.38 per share. Anita G. Zucker is the trustee of the Trust.
The 40,000 common shares purchased by the Trust represent approximately 0.20% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Nordex.
Prior to the transaction, the Trust owned 2,028,000 common shares, or approximately 9.93% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Nordex. As a result of the transaction, the Trust owns 2,068,000 common shares, or approximately 10.12% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Nordex.
The common shares of Nordex were acquired for investment purposes. The Trust may acquire additional shares Nordex, subject to price and availability.
