The Artist’s Coop Kids Summer Art Camp Fills Fast — A Few Spots Still Available

The Artist’s Coop in Laurens is gearing up for another summer of hands-on creativity, and registration is moving quickly. The studio’s Kids Summer Art Camp returns this year with four sessions running from early June through mid-July — and two of those sessions are already full.
Located at 111 W. Public Square, The Artist’s Coop is expanding its camp offerings this summer, giving more young artists the chance to explore painting, glass art, and glue art in a structured, fun environment. Sessions run daily from 1 to 3 p.m. and are open to children who have completed first grade through age 12.
Registration is in-person only at the studio and is $80 per session.
Session Availability
As of mid-May, Sessions 2 (June 15–18) and 4 (July 13–16) are full. Limited openings remain in the following sessions:
- Session 1, June 8–11 — 4 spots remaining
- Session 3, June 22–25 — 8 spots remaining
Families interested in securing a spot are encouraged to register in person soon.
About the Camp
Each four-day session is designed to give kids a full creative experience, with projects that span different mediums and techniques. Past campers have worked with paint, fused glass, and glue art — a mix that introduces children to a range of artistic skills in a welcoming, community-centered setting.
