The Beach Company Acquires Jack's Creek Marina

CLARENDON COUNTY, SC – October 27, 2008 – The Beach Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jack’s Creek Marina. Located on beautiful Lake Marion, Jack’s Creek will continue to service the community in addition to the proposed 4,000 acre community, Cantey Bay Plantation.
Future plans for Jack’s Creek Marina include a new boat landing and ramp, wet slips, dining, rental cottages, tackle shop and general store to name a few. Bonni Agnew, Boat Landing and Store Manager said she is, “Excited to have the opportunity to be associated with such a project. You can see the potential here. Jack’s Creek Marina has the best views on the lake. It will be a tremendous amenity for Cantey Bay Plantation. I have had such a good time meeting the locals.
