During Kristie Roe’s nine years in the commercial real estate industry, she has achieved Broker of the Year for the second time while at The Beach Company. Roe is one of only 4 people in the Lowcountry to hold both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. In addition she is a three time recipient of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS Realtor of Distinction award and has been a member of their Commercial Investment Division Board since 2006.
