Today, The Beach Company announces one new hire and a promotion at its downtown Charleston headquarters.
Patrick Seignious has been hired as a property management assistant to support the administration responsibilities of all commercial properties across the Southeast. Seignious will be based at The Beach Company’s downtown headquarters at The Jasper. Prior to accepting this position, he served in multiple roles at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in the guest services department. Originally from Charleston, S.C., Seignious earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics from Wofford College.
Elizabeth Kennedy was recently promoted to real estate transaction specialist at The Beach Company’s downtown headquarters. In this expanded role, she will work with the finance and legal teams in the coordination of due diligence and closing processes. Kennedy joined The Beach Company in 2013 as the executive administrative assistant to former CFO, Darryl Reyna. Originally from Martinsville, V.A., Kennedy earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Andrews Presbyterian College. She held administrative roles in the real estate development and insurance brokerage business sectors in Atlanta and Charlotte prior to relocating to the Lowcountry in 2009.
