The Beach Company announces two new hires

The Beach Company announced today one new hire at its mixed-use development in Columbia, S.C., and one new hire at The Jasper, a luxury mixed-use building in downtown Charleston.

Jeremy Glavin has been hired as an assistant property manager at Sola Station at Canalside in Columbia. Glavin is responsible for processing rental payments, supporting daily operations and engaging with prospective tenants for The Beach Company’s mixed-use community in the heart of downtown Columbia.

Originally from Santa Maria, Calif., Glavin has more than a decade of student-housing property management experience in several different markets including San Luis Obispo, Calif., Minneapolis, Minn., Eugene, Ore., and Santa Barbara, Calif.

The Beach Company has hired Ashley Cantey as an experience navigator at The Jasper. In her role, Cantey will conduct detailed tours to prospective residents, foster relationships with current residents to increase retention and manage marketing outreach and promotion.

Originally from Camden, S.C., Cantey attended Wofford College where she received a bachelor’s degree in business economics. Cantey brings invaluable industry knowledge with eight years of experience in the real estate sector and most recently as a leasing professional and assistant community manager for Greystar.
