The Beach Company strengthens team with additions across asset management, development, and hospitality

The Beach Company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, development and property management, announced the addition of new hires, further reinforcing its commitment to growth and excellence.

Pressley Casias joins The Beach Company as Concierge and Events Assistant at The Jasper. In this role, she will oversee the day-to-day needs of residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment, supporting resident events, and managing guest suites and community amenities. A native of Charleston, Casias earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from the University of South Carolina Beaufort and brings prior experience in event sales and hospitality coordination.

Chris Walker joins The Beach Company as Assistant Construction Manager, where he will support the execution of ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through completion, with a focus on scheduling, budgeting, contractor coordination, and quality control. He will work closely with development and field teams to solve problems, manage site logistics, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Originally from Rowayton, CT, Walker is a graduate of the College of Charleston, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in commercial real estate. Walker brings broad development and construction experience spanning multifamily, commercial, retail and historic renovation projects.

Parker McLaughlin joins The Beach Company as Commercial Asset Manager, where she supports the Asset Management team across its Southeast portfolio. In this role, she assists with leasing vacancies, tenant retention, and the ongoing operational performance of assets. A native of Morehead City, NC, McLaughlin earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She brings prior experience in asset management and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
