The Beach Company welcomes new talent to growing accounting team

The Beach Company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, development, and property management, announces the addition of two accounting professionals as part of its summer 2026 hiring efforts, further strengthening the company’s finance team.
Mary Lusk joins The Beach Company full-time as Staff Accountant following the successful completion of her accounting internship with the firm. In this role, she supports the maintenance of financial records across multifamily, development, and commercial property portfolios. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Lusk earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Clemson University. She brings prior experience with Morgan’s and Walls Ace Hardware.
Brandon Nguyen joins The Beach Company as Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, where he assists the accounting team with financial statement preparation and corporate tax strategy initiatives. A Charleston native, Nguyen is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance at the University of South Carolina. He previously gained experience with Maymont Homes and Novex Home Loans.
