The Cassina Group, Charleston’s innovation-driven real estate company, was recognized as one of the top-performing companies in the state of South Carolina. The company received the Roaring Twenties award from SC Biz News, which celebrates the state’s 40 fastest-growing companies. it is the fourth time the firm has received the award.

The Cassina Group was founded in 2006 by Robertson Allen and Jimmy Dye and has continued to grow every year since its inception. The firm now has 34 Realtors and two office locations: one in Mount Pleasant on Coleman Boulevard and one in downtown Charleston on East Bay Street. The year 2018 was the strongest year on record for the company with more than $308 million in sales, a 35% increase from the preceding year. The company also has had a very strong year in 2019, with its sales volume distinguishing it as the No. 1 boutique firm for home sales over $550,000, $1,000,000, and $2,000,000, so far this year.
