The City of Clinton Veterans Day Program Closed to Public but Live Streamed

November 9, 2020

The City of Clinton Veterans Day Program has been relocated to be an indoor event based on the weather forecast. On Wednesday, November 11, the City of Clinton will host a Veterans Day Program to honor local Veterans. The Veterans Day Ceremony will begin at 11:00 am at the MS Bailey Municipal Center but due to social distancing concerns, it will not be open to the public.  The ceremony and full program will be live-streamed on the City of Clinton Facebook page.

This year, the City of Clinton has partnered with WLS Foundation to raise money to support the work of the foundation in our community.

WLS Foundation exists to strengthen veterans and their families in the fight to heal from trauma and live well.  All proceeds raised will be used in the local community to assist veterans and support ROTC students with scholarships.
