The City Urges Citizens to Participate in Community Needs Survey

COLUMBIA, SC – City of Columbia’s Community Development Department urges citizens to give input for the Five Year Consolidated Plan by completing the 2015 Community Needs Survey. To complete the survey, click here.
A summary of citizen comments will be included in the 2015 – 2020 Consolidated Plan submitted to HUD. The Consolidated Plan is the application for federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Partnership Investment Program (HOME) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) program funding and consists of strategies to address the housing, homeless and community development needs of the City.
