The Cliffs announces new Director of Residential Construction, Todd Foley

The Cliffs announced the hire of Todd Foley as their new Director of Residential Construction. A process driven community and construction management professional – able to thrive in the most challenging markets – he joins The Cliffs during an incredibly exciting, but complex, next stage of growth. With close to three decades of experience in all disciplines of construction management, asset management, and real estate, Todd is uniquely qualified to take the residential offerings at The Cliffs to the next level.

His experience and willingness to mentor and give advice, will be integral moving forward,” said Rob Duckett, President of Operations for South Street Partners.

As the Director of Residential Construction, Todd will manage all construction of the various residential offerings across The Cliffs’ seven communities. Prior to The Cliffs, Todd was a General Contractor and Managing Partner at premier residential construction companies throughout the United States and he is a licensed General Contractor in FL, GA, SC, NM, WV, MS, TN, and VA as well as Cheyenne, WY; Sheridan, WY; and Belleview, NE.

Most recently, Todd served as the Amazon License Compliance Manager – General Contractor Qualifier, acting as the general contractor qualifying agent for 20 licensing agencies in the US for the home service division, serviced as the tech development liaison for the subcontractor selection solution and assisted business development with recruitment and onboarding new providers.

Todd attended Western Michigan University where he received a Bachelor of Science, majoring in economics. He was also stationed as a Non-Commissioned Officer for the US Army near the DMZ in South Korea assigned as a Forward Observer to the 2nd Infantry Division and was honorably discharged at the end of the enlistment.

Todd and his wife, Wendy, are excited about relocating to upstate South Carolina and exploring the beauty of the region. Having raised three children, it is the perfect time for a new life adventure. They are excited to have their kids visit and spend weekends on the lake or in the mountains.
