Private club real estate demand continues; Cliffs Builders expands ownership opportunities
The Cliffs announced that real estate sales by its brokerage teams totaled $180,570,732 through the third quarter of 2021. This represents 272 transactions and a 24% volume increase from the same period last year. An additional 59 sales for $41,334,100 are currently pending across The Cliffs’ seven mountain and lake club communities.
“It continues to be an exciting year for The Cliffs as private club real estate stays in high demand and our seven communities continue to thrive,” said Rob Duckett, president of The Cliffs. “We are also realizing the benefits of expanded inventory from Cliffs Builders, which is providing prospective owners with new opportunities to build at The Cliffs.”
Part of The Cliffs’ annual growth is due to the success of Cliffs Builders, an innovative construction program that marries custom-build gratification with built-for-sale simplicity for a revolutionary ownership experience. Current offerings include Meadowview and Wildwood in The Asheville Region, Golf Ridge in The Mountain Region, and Lake Ridge and Solstice Park in The Lake Region.
Plans for new, high-end amenities are well underway to surround Cliffs Builders offerings, including a new state-of-the-art clubhouse as well as the Lake Club at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs. The Cliffs is partnering with nationally-recognized architectural firms Hart Howerton and Lake|Flato on these amenities. In addition, The Cabin at The Cliffs at Mountain Park is currently undergoing extensive renovations, and renovations to the Golf House and Tavern at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove were recently completed.
