The Insurance Source named Chamber Small Business of the Month

GREENVILLE, SC – The Insurance Source has been named the Greenville Chamber’s Small Business of the Month for November 2015.
The Insurance Source was founded by Guy Furay in 2005. Since 2013, the has doubled sales volume by leveraging its team and putting people in position to do what they do best – keeping the focus on how they can best serve their customers. In 2015, The Insurance Source added three new positions, including a Producer, a First Impressions Specialist and a Trilingual Service Representative to help provide services to a wider demographic in the Upstate.
Furay and The Insurance Source have been recognized with numerous honors, including winning the Soaring Eagle designation from the National Association of Health Underwriters – an award with less than 250 recipients nationwide – as well as being a leading producer for both BlueCross BlueShield and BlueChoice Health Plan. Additionally, Furay has remained very involved at the Greenville Chamber by serving on several committees and sponsoring a number of events and programs.
The Insurance Source received the award at the Chamber’s monthly board meeting Thursday. The Small Business of the Month award recognizes extraordinary businesses in the Upstate.
