Firm plans to lease the full second floor office space to a single-use tenant

The Law Offices of John M. Mussetto announces its recent move to 401 Pettigru St., Greenville, in Downtown Greenville’s Pettigru Historic District.

The law firm purchased the approximately 2,991-square-foot home-turned-office building in mid-July that was previously home to law firm Bannister & Wyatt. Mussetto’s team moved from its office at 406 Pettigru St. in late July to the new location. The firm occupies the entire first floor and plans to lease the second level, approximately 1,100-square-feet, to a single office user that has limited foot traffic.

“Maintaining our presence in Greenville’s growing downtown was a priority when we were looking for a larger location,” said attorney John M. Mussetto. “Now, with additional space, and the ability to partner with another local small business looking to put down roots in a highly desirable area of town, we can continue to be part of supporting our local community while always focussing on our clients’ needs, plans, and expectations.”

The first floor of the property is undergoing cosmetic updates, which includes the addition of a full-wall original mural of the Liberty Bridge in Falls Park on the Reedy by retired art educator Michele Ells-Wright in the firm’s conference room.
