CHARLESTON, SC – The Noble Law, a leading national plaintiff employment law firm with offices in New York, Raleigh and Charlotte has announced the hiring of Partner Victoria Kepes to lead the firm’s newly established Charleston/Mount Pleasant, South Carolina office.

Before joining The Noble Law, Kepes worked as Senior Counsel for Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she focused on employment and general litigation matters. In this role, she represented clients in front of government agencies and in federal and state courts in both North and South Carolina.

Kepes has represented clients in cases involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She has also assisted, counseled, and advised clients regarding employment contracts, benefits, and a variety of other employment and business issues. She also served as In-House Counsel for a large technology company, providing an understanding of the critical components of corporate workplace investigations.

Kepes is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), a certification granted following mastery of laws and regulations governing data privacy, information sharing laws, and their applications. This certification gives her additional insights and counsel opportunities for the firm’s commercial clients.

“Victoria’s background and skillsets are truly unique, and she is a great addition to our leadership team and as a trusted adviser for our clients,” said Laura Noble, Managing Partner and Owner of The Noble Law. “Her experience in the areas of wrongful termination and discrimination make her an ideal addition to our team. We look forward to growing our South Carolina office and footprint across the southeast with her leadership and experience.”

Kepes is admitted to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

“I was drawn to The Noble Law not only because of their reputation and experience, but as a forward-thinking female-owned law firm, they practice their passion for equality and justice every day,” said Kepes.

Kepes can be reached in the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant office at 1156 Bowman Road Suite 200, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 or (864) 387-2804. She is available immediately for consultations at [email protected].
