The Palmetto Bank Promotes Experienced Commercial Banker

GREENVILLE, SC – The Palmetto Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Palmetto Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMT), announced that Kimberly Mode has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Regional Executive serving Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties in South Carolina. Mrs. Mode has over thirty years of commercial banking experience providing financial services in the Upstate Market.
Ms. Mode joined The Palmetto Bank in 2011 following various management and officer positions with larger financial institutions. She serves as President of Appalachian Development Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church, and membership chair of Risk Management Association (RMA) Upstate Chapter. She is a graduate of Limestone College.
