The Palmetto Bank Promotes Experienced Lender

GREENVILLE, SC – The Palmetto Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Palmetto Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMT), announced that Scott Tollison has been promoted to Vice President, Indirect Lending. Mr. Tollison has over seventeen years of lending experience providing clients the opportunity to apply and receive approval on auto loans from The Palmetto Bank directly through a dealership.
Mr. Tollison is active in the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce serving as Vice-Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee. He is a board member and Past President of the Laurens County Touchdown Club, founding board member of CrimeStoppers of Laurens County and member and Past President of Laurens County Exchange Club.
Mr. Tollison is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management. He is also a graduate of the South Carolina School of Banking.
